The IberSun management methodology focuses on total project risk reduction to make asset financing as efficient as possible, addressing all necessary issues for bankability and ensuring financial closure. We provide support in the design, structuring, and negotiation of bank financing and private financing structures.

We offer preparation of descriptive documentation of the project; design of financial models; syndication of projects; consultancy in the design, structuring and negotiation of the processes of refinancing of operational projects; and negotiation and coordination of financial closing.

IberSun is equipped to design the legal structure of our projects. Our team can prepare, execute and award all necessary contracts and agreements, and also file such agreements with all parties involved for the successful financing of the project.

We have a JVC with the Indian PV module manufacturer Pahal Solar, which uses monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar cells to produce a range of solar panels, from 3Watt up to 440 Watt, at its own facility and in cooperation with Tier 1 manufacturers. IberSun’s relationship with Indian manufacturers can often save our clients from having to navigate the vicissitudes of the global PV market. We also maintain active relationships with many other leading manufacturers around the world.
